Here at Kukor Coaching, there is only one performance I care about – yours. No matter if you’re an athlete, a runner who’s just starting out or a new grandparent who just wants to be able to play with their grandkids, your goals are my goals too.

“Excellent knowledge”

I’ve been seeing Helen once a week for a couple of years now and training with her has made such a difference to me, both physically and mentally. She’s encouraging and motivating without being over the top, but relaxed at the same time. Her knowledge is excellent and she’s looked after me really well through a couple of (unrelated) injuries, building back my strength in conjunction with physio. She’s ace.

I have been working with Helen for 3 months now. She is fantastic, she listens to everything that I want to achieve, works around difficulties and has adapted my plan to suit my goals. I honestly look forward to every session I have with her. She pushes me to work hard but still somehow manages to make the session fun. Plus she brings along her puppy which makes everything better!!!
